Ingredients for the Seekh Kebab Masala:

750 grams of seekh kabab (chicken or meat); 3 tablespoons vegetable oil; 1 cup sliced onion; 1 cup finely chopped tomato; 3 tablespoons tomato puree; 2 teaspoons chilli powder; 1 teaspoon garlic paste; 1 teaspoon ginger paste; 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder; 2 teaspoons coriander powder; Salt to taste; 2 teaspoons garam masala powder; 1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves; 1 tablespoon cream;

In a thick-bottomed pan, heat the oil.

Onions should be fried until golden brown.

Fry the ginger and garlic paste until the oil separates.

Crush the dried fenugreek leaves in.

After mixing in all of the masala powders, add the chopped tomatoes and the tomato puree.

Add salt to taste, followed by a small amount of warm water.

The kababs should be added last, and the gravy should boil.

Continue to cook it for another 3 to 4 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.

Serve with the cream and coriander leaves as a garnish (optional).
