•     1/2 tsp bean stew pieces

•     1 cup water

•     1/2 cup coriander leaves, cleaved

How to Make Chicken Shami Kebab

For a minimum of thirty minutes, soak one cup of chana dal.

Add cumin seeds, cloves, black peppercorns, cinnamon, coriander seeds, ajwain, red chilli, and chilli flakes to oil in a pressure cooker. Saute for one to two minutes.

Now incorporate the soaked chana dal thoroughly.

Add salt and the boneless chicken. Add the necessary quantity of water to bring to a simmer.

Cook the chicken until it is tender and all of the water has evaporated.
