How to Make Chicken Shami Kebab
1.
For a minimum of thirty minutes, soak one cup
of chana dal.
2.
Add cumin seeds, cloves, black peppercorns,
cinnamon, coriander seeds, ajwain, red chilli, and chilli flakes to oil in a
pressure cooker. Saute for one to two minutes.

Now incorporate the soaked chana dal
thoroughly.
4.
Add salt and the boneless chicken. Add the
necessary quantity of water to bring to a simmer.
5.
Cook the chicken until it is tender and all of
the water has evaporated.
6.
After it has had time to cool, grind all of
the ingredients into a thick paste.

In the glue add ginger, green stew, garlic,
coriander leaves and mint leaves. Combine all of the ingredients thoroughly.
