 Recipe for Green Pea Kebabs Delectable kebabs is made with cashew nuts, chickpea flour, green peas, and a variety of spices. A great party snack, this can get your party started!

 Ingredients 

The ingredients for the Green Peas Kebab are: 1 cup frozen green peas (or pachi batani), 1/4 cup finely chopped onions, 5 green chillies, 1 medium pod of garlic, 1/2 inch ginger, 12 pieces cashew nut powder, 2 tablespoons chopped coriander (or kothi mera), 2 tablespoons rice flour, 2 tablespoons besan (or chickpea flour) or senaga pindi, 1 teaspoon lime juice, 1/4 cup crushed corn

PROCEEDURE

Green peas should be washed and drained of all water.

Add cashews and pulse in a food processor.

This powder should be put in a bowl.

Make a fine paste in the food processor by adding the green chilli, ginger, and garlic.

In the cashew powder bowl, add the paste.

Make a coarse paste of the green peas by adding them to the food processor now.

Cashew powder can now have the paste.

Add salt, slashed onions, coriander, rice flour, chickpea flour and lime juice. Blend well.

Make cylindrical shapes out of the paste by dividing it into equal portions.

On crushed corn flakes, roll the shapes.
