 Recipe for Paneer Anardana Kebab This is a dish you should make for every dinner party. Crispy capsicum and dripping sauce are accompanied by tender paneer cubes that have been marinated.

Ingredients

Paneer Anardana Kebab Ingredients: 500 grams of cottage cheese; two medium green capsicums cut in half; two medium tomatoes cut in half; three tablespoons of oil; one teaspoon of chaat masala.

• 1/2 cup hung yogurt • 1 teaspoon ginger paste • 1 teaspoon garlic paste • 1/2 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder • 2 teaspoons anardana powder • 2-3 tablespoons fresh cream • 1 teaspoon lemon juice • Salt to taste

METHOD

Cut the paneer into cubes that are approximately one and a half inches tall and one and a half inches thick.

Combine as one every one of the fixings implied for marination and use them to marinate the paneer blocks. Give this about fifteen minutes to pass.

Place the paneer cubes on a tawa and add some oil; shallow fry until golden brown and crisp on the surface.
